4. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.

5. The fee is calculated on a monthly basis and not on a "per class" structure.

6. Despite targeting 12 classes per month (0.5 hrs each), the actual number may vary due to student absences or government holidays. Classes missed cannot be compensated at a later date.

7. There is no provision for rescheduling missed classes.
